Each stall holder has their own
delivery times which are detailed on the purchase/details
page of an item you may wish to purchase.
Goods are sent to you directly from the respective
stall holder. TheOnlineGiftFair.com does not hold
stock nor dispatch goods. Delivery is generally
5-7 days, although some stall holders may dispatch
within 1-2 days and other items such as personalised
or handmade items can take up to 21 days or more
for delivery.
All our stall holders take pride in their goods
and dispatch in good faith but cannot control all
external influences. Thus if you have not received
your order for whatever reason please contact the
stall holder directly. Their details are included
in your order confirmation email. Should you require
any additional assistance please feel free to contact
our customer service department. |

| delivery charges |
Some items are dispatched free of charge by a particular
stall holder.
Most items are £2.95 per stall holder for
delivery. If you buy more than one item from the
same stall holder postage will still be £2.95
for the delivery although please note that heavy
or bulky items from any stall holder will need to
be charged at £4.95 - £10.00. This is
normally noted in the stall holder’s product
description on a product.
Shipping charges will be show per stall holder on
your checkout page. Please note that if you consider
shipping charges for a particular product to be
too high you can easily remove that item at the
checkout stage and then proceed to checkout/purchase
your remaining items. |
