You can shop by Occasion, Recipient, Passion, Department or by Stall holder in the stalls section of this site.

When you click on a product you like, we will show you who that stall holder is by name, show you 4 more items from that stall holder and provide you with a link to that stall holders stall should you wish to see all their products, company details, etc.

When you click 'buy' it adds the item to your cart. You can add as many items as you like to your cart from as many different stall holders. Upon checkout you have only one shopping basket irrespective of how many stall holders you have purchased from.

At checkout we also show the shipping costs for each stall holder. If for any reason you are unhappy with a particular stall holder's shipping price you can easily remove their item from your shopping basket by clicking the remove button next to the said item. This will remove that item from your basket so that you can proceed to click on checkout to pay for your goods.

Once you have made your purchase the relevant stall holders will be notified of your order and either contact you for more details if it is a personalized item for example, or will pack and dispatch your order according to their delivery terms.

All items received will include a returns form should you need to return an item for any reason. Please return all goods to the relevant stall holder and NOT to TheOnlineGiftFair.com as we do not handle any goods.

Payment is by credit or debit card only. This is processed by Nat West Streamline directly. Neither TheOnlineGiftFair.com nor any stall holder see, receive or store any information regarding your credit card details and such details are sent to Nat West using encrypted SSL technology.

To be eligible, stall holders must either be invited or offer unique and hard to find quality merchandise that would appeal to our customers and complement the quality of goods on show at the online fair. Stall holders are vetted to maintain standards and we reserve the right to reject any stall holder's application. As we are not subscription based we are not focused on amassing as many stall holders as possible. Instead we are limiting the number of stall holders per category to give our participating stall holders a larger share of the pie per category, while offering our customers a sensible selection of goodies making it easy to choose and buy, rather than having to wade through page after page of products.
